Hello everybody I just wanted to share with you my favorite addiction...Pole Dancing! It is a very hot up and coming work out, and form of entertainment. I have been pole dancing for 5 years now, and I can say it is the next best thing to sex. Not only is it an amazing work out, but if you go to watch a pole dancing show it is quite possibly one of the most graceful movements ever seen. I promise it will capture you and mesmerize you. There is this GREAT studio is Wash Park called Tease Studio. There they teach many forms and levels of pole dancing. I am one of the teachers there, and I teach a class called GLAM Pole Fitness. GLAM is so much fun. We start off with some pretty intense stretching followed by a warm-up dance, with dance moves taken from some of the hottest music videos, while using the pole. Then we get into pole dancing, and I teach you everything from the basic of spins to inversions. During the month of October you can attend my class Wednesday's at 5:45pm or Saturday's at 2pm.
